Completed projects

A selection of collaborations that showcase the way we work.

Mindoor

Mindoor

Mindoor is a leading firm specializing in the selection of managers and executives, which approached us requesting consulting support. We carried out the functional analysis, the operational planning and the data structure of the company intranet, later developed by an affiliated company.

Following our engagement, a functional analysis document was produced, required by the scale of the project. The analysis was shared with the client and with the development company's project leads, and led first to the creation of a descriptive model of the macro-areas to be covered, the information flows and the procedures to be implemented.

Once these assumptions were consolidated, we proceeded to a detailed definition of the required objects and interfaces.

At the end of this phase, we outlined the data structures and put the model through a final review, comparing it in particular against the expected outputs.

Our engagement concluded with the sharing of the implementation plan, in terms of resources and timeline, for the software and the client's follow-up.

Sisvel

Sisvel

Sisvel is a multinational company specializing in the protection of intellectual property in the technology field; it is a leading Italian company with offices connected across the strategic corners of the globe.

Our engagement arose from the ambitious request to entirely overhaul the whole management system, rebuilding it around the logic of an original and complex business.

To tackle the task, it was first necessary to immerse ourselves in a world reserved for very few "insiders", in order to learn its basic mechanisms and logic. More than ever in this case, the analysis began with a demanding listening phase.

Given that reviewing the entire management software would have required months of analysis, it was decided to start development of the defined modules asynchronously; this was made possible after agreeing on the progression of deliverables based on an overall plan organized into modules and intermediate milestones. In parallel, tools were provided to temporarily meet immediate needs and to prepare the collection of information in a format compatible with the final system.

The system is currently in use and supports a very significant share of the entire group's management activities. Redizioni provides real-time support and is able to respond within the timeframes required by an organization spread across widely different time zones.

Despar

Despar

For Despar, Redizioni created an integration software. The internal software runs on AS400, but, in order to generate market statistics and analysis, it was necessary to build bridge software that could import the large transaction files that the purchasing center obtains from distribution centers and suppliers, and cross-reference them with the internal database.

The software includes data analysis features and a resolver that can settle inconsistencies between information generated by different systems using differing codes.

TÜV Italia

TÜV Italia

Part of the German certification giant, TÜV Italia has several offices across the country. Redizioni fully developed their management intranet, which interfaces with the parent company's SAP system. The extensive use of integrations between the company intranet and MS Office highlighted the need to organize a training plan that would let users make the most of the Microsoft suite and the capabilities offered by the integrations.

We designed and delivered the training plan for all office staff through cycles of courses at different levels.

Following the training sessions, all operators were guaranteed a basic understanding of using a PC in a Windows environment; particular attention was paid to sharing the company's "best practices".

Everyone was also given the skills needed to use the basic functions of the MS Office suite and the company intranet.

More experienced users attended advanced and topic-specific courses to master the more advanced features of MS Office and to administer the internal intranet.

All classroom exercises simulated real situations and were set within the trainees' own business context.

A very responsive help-desk service supported trainees over time.
