Analysis

Analysis services represent the core of Redizioni's consulting activity and the connective tissue of development projects.
The way a software development plan comes together is highly flexible: the original draft is redefined and takes shape as the elements at play become clearer.
The in-depth work in the initial analysis phase must raise questions and explore the less obvious aspects, in order to clearly define a path of objectives that identifies the factors and people involved.
Process analysis is a crucial step in surfacing implications that are often overlooked, or at times considered so obvious by those who live them daily that they get left out.
The work of guidance and definition of objectives and processes produces a document that formalizes the conclusions reached, in the client's own language.
Technically, this document is called the Functional Analysis, and it forms the shared platform on which to base the Technical Analysis, the software development, the organizational and training interventions, and any structural or systems revisions.
The analysis sets out the premises, objectives and implementation path of a piece of software, and is organized into two sections:
Functional Analysis
The Functional Analysis describes the processes to be implemented and focuses on defining the objectives and the interactions with the business reality and the resources involved.
Technical Analysis
The Technical Analysis gathers the specifications for building and delivering the IT tools, and serves as a formidable acid test for the functional analysis.
Programmers and analysts are different professional profiles: Redizioni's analysis professionals guarantee strong consulting expertise that goes well beyond specific technical skills.
